MY MISSION

Hello, I'm Coach Lynda, a certified personal trainer, licensed Muay Thai coach, referee, and judge. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness and martial arts industry, I'm here to help you reach your goals. I personally underwent an incredible weight loss journey, losing an impressive 20kg, which sparked my decision to transition from the corporate world to a fitness career.

I am registered with Akademi Kejurulatihan Kebangsaan (AKK) and certified with Institute Sukan Negara (ISN), ensuring that you receive expert guidance and instruction. My areas of expertise include Muay Thai, strength training, fitness, weight loss, and martial arts.

My mission is to EDUCATE, MOTIVATE & EMPOWER WOMEN through martial arts and fitness, to lead a healthy lifestyle.
